The 11th Chapter of Nostradamus prophecies was nearly completely lost to the world. Only a couple of quatrains survived from this chapter. Below you will find the only prophecy from Chapter 11 that was able to be successfully translated. As with many of his other prophecies, this prophecy covers a time in Europe when great turmoil was taking place that involved the papacy and its actions to remain in power on the European continent.

By the Villefrench, Macon is placed in disarray,
Par Villefranche, Macon en desarroy,
In the woodpiles, soldiers will be hidden;
Dans le fagots, seront soldats cachez;
Changing times for a first time for the King,
Changer de temps en prime pour le Roy,
by the Chalons and Moulins they are all sliced up.

Quatrain #11-97: Due to its location, the city of Macon, France becomes the site of many battles during the French Wars of Religion. Macon suffers many attacks by papal forces from the south and west, and also armies of the Holy Roman emperor of Austria from the east.
